Private sale fund usage

The funds raised in the private sale will go toward the development of our protocol and platform as well as marketing and operational costs as laid out below:
Developer commission fees - $80,000 - for full development and continued support. Our commissioned development team is professional and familiar with the space.
Marketing budget - $52,500 - Initial marketing budget for launch promotions and a marketing coordinator.
Initial liquidity - $75,000 - We would like to list our initial pair with $150,000 of liquidity (a 50%/50% split of ETH and GWS tokens)
Founders commission - $12,500 - A payment to the founder as the role of founder and project manager / coordinator.
